When she arrived in the US, she served in management positions at fine dining restaurants such as Royal Star at Venetian, Jasmine at Bellagio, and Ping Pang Pong and Noodle Exchange at Gold Coast Hotel. As Owner/Operator of Noodle Asia at Venetian, she recently celebrated 23 years in business. Karrie looks forward to bringing her signature dishes, lunch specials, and dim sum to Suncoast for customers to enjoy.
Karrie graduated from Cesar Ritz Colleges Switzerland with a Associate Degree of Science in Hospitality Management UNLV with a BS in Hotel Administration.
